Whole Animal Butchery
We are a whole animal butcher, which means every week we receive whole carcasses of our carefully selected animals. This also means at times we may sell out of popular and limited cuts.
The cuts listed below represent what we will have on a typical day, but please call ahead if you would like to check availability. We also take special orders ahead of time.
All of our meats are aged in-house to develop flavor and texture. In addition to raw cuts, we also offer burgers and sausages (all ground and made on premises).
